Postnatal Yoga: Foundations & Baby Massage

A 1-hour class suitable from 8-weeks as long as scar tissue has healed. In this class we look at pelvic floor anatomy and how to breathe when doing your pelvic floor exercises. We finish the class with a baby massage, suitable from 8 weeks. You will need some baby massage oil. Organic rapeseed or coconut oil work well. Always listen to your body when exercising and stop if something feels uncomfortable.
