These four classes offer a foundation of understanding about the communication systems between the body and the mind and helps you understand where you can have an influence.
Prenatal Yoga
Six prenatal yoga classes suitable from 14-42 weeks. Make sure you have the sign off from your healthcare provider before undertaking these classes. By partaking in these classes you agree to take full responsibility for your wellbeing.
BodyMind Birthing Hypnobirth & Relaxation Course
Including an introduction to Hypnobirthing, here you also have 8 hypnobirth tracks.
Mindfulness Introduction Course
A short course to introduce Mindfulness. This 7-day course will take less than 5-min per day.
Mindfulness For Birth
Two Mindfulness meditation audio tracks for birth preparation.

- At what point in my pregnancy is it suitable to undertake this course?
- You can do most of the classes in this course at any point in your pregnancy apart from the yoga classes which are suitable from 14 - 41 weeks and only then if you don't have any pregnancy related issues such as pelvic girdle pain, high blood pressure or placenta previa. Make sure you have the sign off from your healthcare provider before doing exercise in your pregnancy.
